FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) Our FAQ section is designed to address the most common questions our customers have about our car detailing and accessory services.
Here's a list of possible frequently asked questions (FAQs) with brief descriptions:
What does paint correction does?
Paint correction is a process that brings your car's paint back to life by removing paint defects like swirl marks, water spots, and light scratches in the clear coat. We start by inspecting the paint to find any defect, then we polish the surface to restore its shine and clarity. Polishing removes a thin layer of clear coat, making the finish smooth and flawless— Just like a fresh coat of lacquer. However, without proper protection, the surface can stain again, which means you might need to polish it repeatedly. Remember, the clear coat has its limits; once it’s gone, the only option left is to respray the area.
Ceramic Coating VS Graphene Coating
Both ceramic and graphene coatings offer excellent protection for your car, but graphene coatings tend to provide longer-lasting durability and better hydrophobic properties. Ultimately, the choice between the two may depend on your specific needs, budget, and how much maintenance you’re willing to commit to. Rather than searching for the best coating, focus on discovering the coating that’s right for you.
Do I still wash my car after coating?
Definitely yes! It's not a magic coat that keeps dirt away forever. Even after applying a coating, regular washing is still necessary to keep your car looking its best. While the coating helps protect your paint and makes it easier to clean, it doesn’t stop dirt, dust, and contaminants from building up over time. However, washing your coated car is much easier, as the coating repels dirt and water, making maintenance quicker and more effective. Just remember to use a gentle, pH-neutral car shampoo to avoid damaging the coating.
3-in-1 polishing VS 3-step Polishing
3-in-1 Polishing is a quicker, all-in-one solution that simplifies the polishing process but may not deliver deep correction or long-lasting protection. It’s suitable for cars with minor imperfections or for quick maintenance.
3-Step Polishing is a more intensive, multi-stage process that takes longer but offers superior results. It provides deep correction, a flawless finish, and stronger, longer-lasting protection, making it ideal for cars needing significant restoration or perfection.
What is soundproofing for?
Soundproofing is the process of reducing or blocking unwanted noise by adding materials that absorb or insulate sound. It minimizes road and engine noise, creating a quieter and more comfortable cabin environment. Soundproofing is only effective when the right materials are used in the right locations.
Dampers are designed to control vibrations, reduce noise transmission, and absorb shocks, which helps maintain stability and enhances ride comfort in vehicles.
Insulators prevent heat transfer, improving energy efficiency by maintaining desired temperatures. They also block or absorb sound waves, reducing noise pollution and enhancing privacy.
Ceramic Film VS Sputtering Film
Metalized film repels heat by reflecting solar energy, leading to a cooler interior environment and reduced reliance on air conditioning. On the other hand, ceramic film absorbs heat and infrared radiation, providing a comfortable driving experience while maintaining high visibility. Both types of film have their unique advantages, so the choice will depend on individual preferences for heat management and overall performance.
